Our Classes

Reformer

Small group reformer pilates. Our classes are capped at a max of 5 participants to ensure you get the most out of your session. Expect a challenging, whole body workout to lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.

Reformer Stretch

A gentler version of our classic reformer class. This class combines reformer pilates with some yoga elements. Slow supported stretches on the reformer, a focus on breath work and some intentional relaxation to round out the class.

Reformer flow

An intermediate level Pilates class taught in a flowing vinyasa yoga inspired format. Expect to challenge your strength, balance and co-ordination. Class finishes with an intentional relaxation as per our reformer stretch class.

Vinyasa Flow

A fast-paced, flowing style of yoga class designed to get your heart rate up, build strength and create space in your body and mind. We focus on learning to move with the breath - our most powerful tool. This class is suited to those with some yoga experience (or any beginners that like a challenge.)

Physio Rehab

An individualised, small group rehab class led by Emma. Each person works on their own exercise program in a supervised environment. Ideal for those recovering from injury or surgery or needing a customised rehab program. 1:1 appointment with physio required prior to commencing this class. Claimable on private health insurance. 

Mums + Bubs

A class for mums + babies from *6 weeks postpartum. Designed to take you from early postpartum through to returning to high level exercise - whenever that may be. This 60 minute, low impact class focuses on pelvic floor and core strength as well as all over body awareness and mobility.
*Clients may start sooner than 6 weeks with prior clearance from a womens health physio - please ask us.
