Our Classes

Reformer

Small group reformer pilates. Our classes are capped at a max of 5 participants to ensure you get the most out of your session. Expect a challenging, whole body workout to lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.

Reformer Stretch

A gentler version of our classic reformer class. This class combines reformer pilates with some yoga elements. Slow supported stretches on the reformer, a focus on breath work and some intentional relaxation to round out the class.

Reformer Strength

An intermediate level Pilates class, building on the foundational moves of our regular reformer classes but with extra resistance and more complex movements for a bit of extra spice. Expect some heat and the good kind of muscle burn.

Physio Rehab

An individualised, small group rehab class led by Emma. Each person works on their own exercise program in a supervised environment. Ideal for those recovering from injury or surgery or needing a customised rehab program. 1:1 appointment with physio required prior to commencing this class. Claimable on private health insurance.
